Tales of Two Cities

I’ve been volunteering for several months during evenings and weekends to help my friend, Professor Stephen Svenson of Waterloo University to edit together the three episodes of his documentary “Tales of Two Cities,” which focuses on the state of affairs in New Orleans after Katrina.
