May: Month of Moving
Posted on May 31, 2010, at 11:56 pm

I’ve been working on moving everything from my apartment to my parents house (as a temporary storage area) for an entire month now. When Jess and I moved in, we thought we’d be there for a couple of years – so I put a lot of work into the place. For example, instead of laying ethernet cables in plain sight, I’d run them through the walls. I installed a dishwasher, and a security system, and a better thermostat, and so on, and so on. Anyway, Jess is in Newfoundland and so I’ve been doing the move more or less single-handedly. Good friends of mine helped move some of the larger stuff the other day. I’m almost there.
