Ninth Ward Doc & Volunteering Expedition
Posted on February 25, 2010, at 9:01 pm

In February of 2010 I joined Professor Stephen Svenson along with a few other volunteers down in New Orleans, LA. We were going to the Ninth Ward for an update on the situation there, for the documentary. We were also there to volunteer (we helped dig up and replace a sewer line).

I managed to see Mardi Gras while I was down there, which was on a Tuesday and only a week after the Saints had won the superbowl. These are some of my favourite photographs from the trip.
